TheraBulb Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing TheraBulb, the leading provider of lab-certified LED infrared bulbs and near infrared heat lamp bulbs for infrared lamps and infrared saunas. We are committed to providing excellent service at all steps of the buying experience, including shipping and fulfillment, and offer a number of shipping options to meet the varied needs of our customers.
Processing Time
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and carrier service disruptions due to weather or other circumstances). Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and containing tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
TheraBulb offers several domestic shipping options, ranging from free economy shipping to 1-day service.
Free Domestic Economy Shipping
TheraBulb offers free economy shipping to all 50 states. This is a hybrid service that involves a commercial carrier and the USPS. The commercial carrier is responsible for shipping the package to the Post Office that serves your delivery zip code. The destination Post Office is then responsible for delivery to the address you provided on the order. Economy shipping involves resources outside of our control and does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
Domestic Expedited Shipping
If you wish to receive your order sooner, you can choose from ground, 3 day, and 1 day shipping options offered by UPS and FedEx. Fees for expedited shipping are based upon the weight of the package.
Please note that UPS and FedEx reserve the right to suspend delivery guarantees in the event of extreme weather or other circumstances. TheraBulb accepts no responsibility for delays that occur during or as a result of these suspensions.

Delayed or Missing Orders
With the exception of overnight and premium shipping services, which have delivery dates defined by service, TheraBulb's free domestic and standard international shipping services involve resources outside of our control and do not have guaranteed delivery dates. If your package does not arrive within 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international and APO/FPO/DPO), please contact us at support@therabulbusa.com and we will begin an investigation.
A package that has not had a tracking update in 30 business days will be considered lost and be re-shipped or refunded.
