TheraBulb 1-Year Warranty

Our Warranty

Every TheraBulb product is covered by a 1-year full replacement warranty (defined as 365 days from your date of purchase). If your product arrives damaged from shipping (rare, but always a possibility with glass items) or stops working within the warranty period, we'll replace it at no cost.

The only exception: clearance items, which are sold as-is and are not covered by the replacement warranty.

How to File a Claim

Email us at support@therabulbusa.com with the following:

• Order Number
  
• Product Name
  
• Description of Problem
• Photos, if Applicable
• Name on Order
  
• Shipping Address
  
• E-mail Address

What Happens Next

Warranty claims made within the 365-day period will be honored with a replacement product. Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll ship your replacement to the address you provide.
